"Pool area was exceptional, that was first and foremost. Property felt secure upon entry, had a gate that was managed by security 24/7. First time on the grounds it was a little difficult finding the front desk but after a couple minutes it was very easy to orientate yourself to the grounds. Included a morning breakfast that was a coffee, juice, and croissant or toast; anything else cost extra. Taking a star off because we returned to the room after being gone all day to our door swung wide open. When housekeeping came through they forgot to latch the door shut. Had a split second thought we were robbed, as my laptop was missing but the staff had just moved it off the table while cleaning. That 3 seconds of carelessness could have derailed our entire trip to paradise...it shouldnt ever come to that."

"We were early upon check in and Axel (property manager) greeted us warming and hosted us in his office with lively conversation and a welcome rum drink. It was a wonderful way to start our experience. We then sat out by the pool waiting for our room to be ready. Once in our room we were blown away by the stunning views and high end quality of the property. This is a residence, not a hotel. Don’t expect amenities like breakfast or bar. They offer concierge service but she was slack and seemed like she. I think she was getting kickbacks from our driver and restaurant recommendations If we could do it differently we would have gotten our own rental car. This property is on top of a hill and it’s going to cost you $15 to $40 to get to the beach and food. We stayed earlier in our trip on the French side and it felt more way more festive and safer. The only think lacking was availability by the concierge, I didn’t get the impression it was her “real” job. We asked her for recommendations and booked us a reservation for dinner at The Holla"

"We have had another wonderful stay at Princess Heights Luxury Hotel. We were there for 12 days and we love the location. We had the ocean view to wake up to every morning which was amazing and lovely to sit on the patio to wake up slowly. Very quiet location, attentive staff, good restaurants within driving distance. Dawn Beach is close to walk to but small. We were lucky to see some monkeys while there also. We highly recommend this location, however, you do need a car or use a taxi to get around. The pool was lovely and such a great way to relax at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. "

"Our group visiting FantaSea consisted of three families and we all were very happy with the beautiful accommodations! The view was beyond spectacular! We spent a significant amount of time lounging on the large deck that had plenty of lounge chairs, dining table, grill, couch and lovely, large pool. Plus, it was a quick walk down to the beach! We also greatly appreciated there were plenty of beach towels and chairs available! Both the owner and the housekeeper were super attentive and responded immediately to all our questions and concerns."

"This resort was an enormous disappointment and felt like a complete misrepresentation of what was advertised. The beach was one of the biggest letdowns there was very little actual beach space, and it was not swimmable, which completely undermines the vacation experience. The pool chairs were extremely uncomfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was dreary and uninspired. Everything was beige and generic, with the feel of a Midwest airport hotel rather than a luxury Caribbean resort. The lobby bar was consistently filled with business travelers wearing name badges, which made the entire property feel more like a convention hotel than a relaxing getaway. The food was poor, with very limited options. Many of the plants around the resort were dead, which only added to the depressing atmosphere. The staff was not warm, friendly, or accommodating, and there was little to no effort made to create a welcoming or elevated guest experience. The location also felt isolating. It is in the middle of nowhere, with very few nearby options unless you are willing to drive a significant distance. There was virtually no entertainment and no meaningful activities to speak of just a lone saxophonist in the lobby, which only emphasized how empty and lifeless the place felt. To make matters worse, the hotel was uncomfortably cold throughout, and nothing about the experience felt luxurious, relaxing, or vacation-like. Given the $ - STAY ELSEWHERE!!"
